How to taste it in our daily cooking: Great with Grana, Gorgonzola, Raschera, Pecorino, Robiola, Fontina, etc… It is nice on bread for breakfast or snack, or for delicious jam tarts
Ingredients: Pears 41%, sugar, Piemonte DOC Moscato wine, “Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP” 2%, lemon.
