Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. and Reggio Emilia D.O.P. are different from commercial balsamic vinegar and other condiments. They can be produced exclusively in a restrict area and made with a process which is more than a century old and obtained only from the must of specific grapes, aged for decades in wooden barrels, bottled and certificated by an authorized commission.
