The integral sea salt of the Culcasi salt pan is a Slow Food presidium and a certificate of Italian Excellence. It is cultivated with a methodology recognized as a UNESCO heritage. It is then combined with our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. aged several years in oak barrels thus generating a salt with an intense aroma that gives the dishes unique aromas.
